Consultation & Table Lesson

First Lesson $50/ On-going individual lessons $200

Students are invited to fill out a brief intake form to get started.
Once submitted, you'll receive:

  • A 30-minute zoom consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, and questions

  • A 30-minute table lesson to directly experience the principles of the Alexander Technique and reconnect with freedom and ease.

This introductory session is designed to give you a grounded, embodied sense of what’s possible.

Four-Session Package

Four-Session Package $700

This package includes a total of four personalized sessions:

  • 30-minute consultation, to discuss your goals, challenges, and questions

  • Two table lessons focused on guided awareness and releasing habitual tension

  • Two practical application lessons tailored to real-life activities—such as sitting at a desk, holding a baby, operating a camera, working on set, sustaining a yoga pose, and any repetitive tasks, etc.

These sessions are designed to integrate the principles of the Alexander Technique into the movements and moments that matter most in your daily life or work.

Eight-Sessions: Deep Integration

Eight Session Series: Deep Integration $1400

This eight-session series offers a focused and supportive exploration of a persistent physical challenge—whether it's tension, discomfort, or difficulty letting go of unhelpful habits.

Each session provides consistent hands-on guidance and personalized practice, helping you build lasting change through awareness and repetition.

Lessons are customized and may include any combination of:

  • Table lessons

  • Sitting and standing coordination

  • Activity-based lessons (e.g., desk work, caregiving, working crew in film, yoga, riding a horse, playing an instrument, repetitive tasks: typing, carrying equipment, driving etc.)
